There he goes through the ritual of checking in and asking about an internet connection.

He explores the city, he and arranges to meet with Claudia and some of her friends for dinner. Then they all go to the Dorsoduro.

Italian 1, Level 6 - Marco in Italia - Explores Rome

In this podcast, Marco, our young traveler, packs in a last day of sightseeing in Venice before he takes a flight to Rome.

From the airport he takes the train to Trastevere and then the tram to his aunt's apartment at la Via Mameli.

His aunt treats him to a typical local dish and then invites him for a glass of wine in "La Vineria" at the Camo de' Fiori .

The remaining days in Rome pass fast and he promises to return.
